Real Wedding: B + L

Photographing couples outside Latter-Day Saint temples, like the Draper LDS Temple, can be a unique challenge, but it's also where I got my start in Utah wedding photography. The exit doors often have little to no shade, and the midday light can be harsh, especially at noon when most sealings conclude. Add the excitement of family and friends eager to congratulate the newlyweds, and it’s a bustling scene filled with emotion and bright light. Despite these challenges, I love capturing these moments and turning them into beautiful images that tell the complete story of your wedding day.

Before the couple ever walks out of the Temple, my job begins. I arrive as their sealing starts and immediately begin photographing the stunning temple grounds, the waiting guests, and the anticipation in the air. When the newlyweds exit the temple, it's all about capturing the joyful hugs, happy tears, and heartfelt congratulations. These are the moments that define your day, and I am dedicated to preserving them in a way that feels authentic and true to your love story.

The celebration continues as we move through different locations around the Draper Temple and other scenic spots in Utah, photographing the couple, their families, and friends. My goal is to tell the full story of your wedding day, not just a portion of it. From your “I do’s” at the temple to your grand send-off, I’ll be there to capture every moment.
