Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can you create a website to display our images?
A. All clients receive a complimentary website of their images.
Q. How do I get started on my wedding album? Engagement Album?
A It's simple. Select the images you want for your wedding album and we do the rest. This can be a stressful area for some brides, but we've developed a turn key process that takes the pressure away.
Q. What size can we print our photo's up to with our full resolution?
A. In most cases, you can print your photo's up to 20X30 without any quality loss. If you'd like to print larger than 20X30, additional post-production will be required.
Q. Do you provide the RAW files from my engagement session and/or wedding day?
A. All of my work is delivered in an on-line gallery with full access to the high resolution images (JPEG's). However, we typically do not provide RAW (unprocessed) files from my shoots because we believe in delivering a finished product. In fact, we're often shooting with the end (post-produced) product in mind. However, if you absolutely want your RAW images, we will provide them to your along with my post-produced JPEG's for an additional fee.
Q. How many images do you deliver?
A. For a 2 hour engagement session we typically deliver 125 images and for a wedding we deliver 100 images per hour of coverage.
Q. Do you provide the digital negatives after the shoot?
A. Yes. We deliver these images to you in an on-line gallery with full access to the high resolution images. These images can be downloaded and shared with family and friends. Unlike a disk, these images are safeguarded against damage or loss.
Q. Does MLP provide framing services as well?
A We have a close working relationship with the top art framing vendor in the country. MLP clients receive a preferred discount. Their work is second to none.
Q. How many pages and images do we get in our wedding day album?
A. My signature MLP album contains 30 pages and 75 images. If you'd like to add more pages and images, each additional page can be added at additional cost including the design time, revisions and retouched images.
Q. What wedding album companies do you offer?
A. We have accounts with most of the major vendors, including Finao, Queensbury, Leather Craftsman and Red Tree Albums. The critical test we apply to selecting the right album entails durability, print quality/consistency and cover style options. If you prefer the styles of any other album vendors, we can accommodate any request.
