Q. How does MLP back-up and protect our images against loss or damage?
A. We have contracted for services with the most secure and state of the art on-line galleries in the world. This is a complimentary service to all MLP clients. You can view your images anytime via your phone or computer. You can download images to your computer. The on-line gallery makes it possible for you to direct your family and friends anywhere in the world to view your images through the internet. The important advantage to the on-line gallery is it's safe from fire, loss or theft...it's always there.

Q. How long does it take to get my prints?
A. Product creation times vary, however in general, print orders will be completed within four weeks after the product order is submitted. We do not charge a rush-processing fee for urgent orders.

Q. What rights do I have to my digital images?
A. You have the right to reprint images whenever you want, wherever you want.

Q. How long does it take to get my custom sign-in book?
A. The sign in book takes around 4-6 weeks to print after the order is submitted. The process before placing the order varies in duration depending on how quickly you decide on which images you want for the album. We make the process easy-you select the images and we do the rest.

Q. How long does it take to get my wedding album?
A. Production times vary. You can expect to receive your album 4-6 weeks after placing the order. The process before placing the order varies in duration depending on how quickly you decide on which images you want for the album. We make the process easy-you select the images and we do the rest.

Q. Can you create a website to display our images?
A. All clients receive a complimentary website of their images.

Q. Does MLP provide advanced and custom retouch?
A. Yes. Advanced post production includes touch ups such as removal of blemishes, removal of bags under eyes, removal of fly-away hairs, etc. Custom post production is anything that requires extensive, custom work in Photoshop such as removing entire objects from the scene, changing the size and shape of body parts or other objects in the scene, adding objects to a scene, and other custom work. There can be extra fees for certain advanced editing jobs.

Q. Do you edit and touch up images on our image DVD?
A. Yes. Some images come out of the camera to perfection. For those images that don't, we edit with our unique style of basic post production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections. We edit images that are too dark, have strange skin tones or other common flaws.
